What this is

PickUp Score is a free web app for keeping score at pickup basketball games, built by 28 Digital Studio. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. They're short because the product is simple.

Using the app

• The app is free for personal, recreational use.
• You're responsible for what you enter — team names, player names, and anything else. Keep it something the whole gym can see, because it literally will be on the big screen.
• Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse other users' data out of it.
• One account per person; you're responsible for activity under yours.

No warranty

PickUp Score is provided as is, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available, sync instantly on every gym Wi-Fi, or never lose a saved game. Don't use it for anything where a scoring error has real stakes — it's for pickup games, not officiated competition.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 28 Digital Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us — which, for a free product, is zero.

Your data

How we handle data is covered in the Privacy Policy. Your game data is yours; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
